Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. We provide an emergency contact for urgent maintenance or tenant issues outside of business hours. General inquiries are handled promptly during regular office hours. -
Can you deposit the rental income directly into my account?
Absolutely. We offer direct deposit (ACH) for owner disbursements, ensuring a fast, secure, and convenient transfer of your rental income. -
Do I get to see or sign the lease?
Yes. Owners are welcome to review the lease agreement prior to signing. As your property manager, we handle the lease execution on your behalf unless you request otherwise. -
Do you sell real estate as well?
Yes. In addition to property management, we also assist clients with buying, selling, financing, and investing. Faithful Roots offers a full-service approach to real estate. -
How and when do I receive my payments?
Owner disbursements are made on a consistent schedule—typically via direct deposit—after rent is collected and any applicable expenses have been processed. -
How is rent collection handled?
We make rent payments easy with multiple options, including online payments through the Tenant Portal. Late payments are handled according to the lease terms, and late fees are collected when applicable. -
How long are your lease terms?
Standard lease terms are typically 12 months, but we offer flexibility based on market conditions, owner preferences, and tenant needs. -
How much security deposit do you charge tenants?
Security deposits are set in accordance with local laws and market standards. The amount may vary depending on rent price, tenant qualifications, and property type. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as the management agreement is signed and your property is rent-ready. Our onboarding process is designed to get you started quickly and efficiently. -
What types of properties do you manage?
Faithful Roots manages a range of properties, including single-family homes, multi-family residences, condos, and small commercial spaces. -
What type of reports do I receive, and how often?
Owners receive monthly financial statements detailing rent collection, expenses, and maintenance updates. Additional or custom reports can be provided upon request. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
All tenant security deposits are held in a dedicated trust account, in compliance with local and state laws. These funds are securely managed and properly accounted for at all times.
