I’ve been proud to call the real estate industry home for over 30 years. Over the years, I’ve helped countless families buy, sell, and build homes, and I’ve learned that integrity, professionalism, and results are what truly make the difference.
After opening several real estate offices, I founded Elam Real Estate to create a client-first company built on strong leadership, innovation, and accountability. Every day, I stay actively involved in sales, financing, and operations to ensure that our team has the support they need to succeed. My background includes hundreds of hours of specialized training, the credentials to serve as a Tennessee Broker, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Finance from Middle Tennessee State University. Beyond that, I connect weekly with top agents across the country to stay ahead of the curve in marketing and management strategies.
I’m especially excited to continue expanding into the property management sector. As a rental property owner myself, I understand the importance of protecting assets while maximizing long-term value. My goal is not only to manage properties well, but to educate and empower owners, helping them make smart decisions and build lasting wealth. By offering sales, property management, and financing under one roof, we strive to be a true one-stop shop for our clients—delivering excellent results with minimal stress.

With five years of hands-on experience in real estate and a background shaped by growing up around the industry, Alexis combines practical knowledge with a people-first approach. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she earned a degree in Marketing and International Business, with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism.
Alexis’s mission is to preserve and protect homeowners’ investments while ensuring comfortable, well-managed living environments for tenants. Her blend of strategic thinking, hospitality-focused service, and local expertise allows her to create value-driven solutions that benefit both property owners and residents alike.
