Important:

Repairs or damage resulting from tenant negligence or misuse are the tenant’s financial responsibility. In these cases, repairs will be completed as needed, and you will be billed for the cost of labor and materials. This includes issues such as plumbing stoppages or property damage caused by improper use or carelessness.

Release of Key:

By submitting this request, you acknowledge that if you do not authorize a key release to the assigned vendor, you will need to be available in person to grant access to the property for the scheduled maintenance appointment.
